Yes — start with Trustfile (or free EU-hosted intake with Forms) and add Caseflow, Vigil or Atlas when you need them. One account, no migration.
What counts as a submission?
Each completed form response. Plans include a generous monthly allowance.
What charity evidence do you need?
A charity or trust registration number, or equivalent. Micro plans are free for the smallest groups.
Where is data hosted?
In the EU and UK only, with every subprocessor on a public register.
Is there a DPA?
Yes — a data processing agreement is available on business and public-sector plans.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Annual billing is available with a discount on business plans. Ask us for details.
